      purchase of vehicles/photocopiers/videos/projects and construction =
of any=20
      permanent building etc. is not allowed under DDP =
programme.<BR><BR><B>4. A=20
      copy of Utilization Certificate for the year 2008-09 duly =
attested, is=20
      enclosed. No UC is due from the recipient organization in respect =
of the=20
      project under which fund is being released.</B><BR><BR>5. The =
State share=20
      of Rs. 9.0 lakh should be released by the State Govt. within 15 =
days from=20
      the date of receipt of Central share of this =
installment.<BR><BR>6. The=20
      expenditure is debitable to <B>Demand No. 81</B>, Department of =
Land=20

      more utilization of funds and submission of: (a) Latest =

      Certificate. (b) Audited statement of Accounts. (c) Latest QPR =
with online=20
      on the website of department. (d) Details of head-wise unspent =
amount as=20
      on the last date of project. (e) A statement showing details of =
accrued=20
      interest as per ASAs of the relevant years and accrued interest =
actually=20
      deducted. (f) A certificate to the effect that administrative =
expenses are=20
      within the ceiling prescribed.(g) Photographs of some of the =
assets=20
      created under the project. (h) A certificate to the effect that =
Exit=20
      Protocol has been initiated. </B><BR><BR><B>9. The Pay and =
Accounts=20
      Officer, Department of Land Resources will be the Drawing &amp; =
Disbursing=20
      Officer for this purpose. The amount will be transferred to the =
CEO, Zilla=20
      Panchayat, Davanagere, (KARNATAKA) telegraphically (12-ZP, =
Davanagere=20
      District, KARNATAKA).</B><BR><BR><B>10. The Accounts of the =
guarantee=20
      institution or Organization shall be open to inspection by =
Internal Audit=20
      of the Pr. Accounts Office functioning under Chief Controller of =
Accounts,=20
      in term of Rule 211(1) of GFR 2005.</B><BR><BR>11. This issue =
under the=20
      powers delegated to the Ministry of Rural Development and in =
consultation=20
      with the Integrated Finance Division vide their <B>ID. No.=20
